Moved from a short stint as a resident of Hermiston, Oregon (imagine not wanting to live there for very long...), after having lived in Boise, Idaho for 23 years, to Missouri. In a nearly direct reverse Oregon Trail maneuver we started out in Independence and have now moved into our permanent abode (as in, we're I'm dying in this house) near downtown Kansas City, MO.

Newly 30 31 soon to be 32 I'm 32 a week from 33 already 34 holy-shit-35 eh, 36 but still loving it (though I still feel 25 28 27 25), relatively no longer newly married separated almost ready to be divorced freshly divorced, essentially happy, intelligent, sober woman with a twisted sense of humor. I'm also a registered nurse with a passion for public health and policy (and alliteration!).

Just in case you're neurotic like me and don't always feel like you know the proper etiquette for adding someone as a friend, I welcome all new "friends" (but would prefer it if they were labeled "stalkers"). Add away. Comment if you like.

Also, I do periodic friends purges. Rather than make a silly public announcement each time I do it (for the sake of attention) I'm just notifying you here. It's generally just because I don't think we share common interests or don't interact enough to justify continued "friendship".
